Meet Our Team

Ernest Greene is the Co-Founder of Trans/South Services, founding the company with Eric Rowland in October 1993. Until his retirement in 2024, Ernest provided leadership in operations and finance, helping build Trans/South into the company it is today.

Ernest is a Fort Valley, Georgia native and is married to his wife, Patty. Together they have three children and five grandchildren.

Eric Rowland is the President and CEO of Trans/South Services, having co-founded the company with Ernest Greene in October 1993. Eric oversees installation production, warranty and service operations, as well as air conditioning and specialty equipment sales. His leadership and industry expertise have helped establish Trans/South as a trusted provider of bus climate control and specialty transportation solutions.

A Fort Valley, Georgia native, Eric brings decades of experience in the transportation industry. He has been married to his wife, Shanna, for more than 30 years, and together they enjoy spending time with their five children and family.

Chad Rooks is the Parts manager at Trans/South Services, overseeing all outside parts sales, inventory, purchasing, and shipping logistics.

Chad has decades of experience in the bus A/C industry, working with Trans/South Services since 1996. Chad is a Fort Valley, Georgia native and enjoys spending time with his daughter in the great outdoors.

Reese Rowland serves as Finance Manager for Trans/South Services, overseeing the company’s accounting, accounts receivable, and accounts payable operations. Reese has been involved with the family business since 2014, gaining hands-on experience across many areas of the company. He is passionate about continuing the legacy of Trans/South while helping drive its future growth and success.

A native of Fort Valley, Georgia, Reese enjoys spending time with his wife, Katie. Together, they enjoy caring for their animals on the family farm in nearby Roberta, Georgia.

Josh Roberts is the Sales Manager at Trans/South Services and has worked with the team since 2006. Josh enjoys working with customers to help elevate their bus fleets with quality air conditioning systems and special equipment options.

Josh lives in Macon, Georgia, and enjoys spending time with his family. He’s married to Natalie, and together they have three children. Josh is a diehard Atlanta Braves fan.
